Trust

Customer qualification and security

A responsible infrastructure service starts with knowing the customer, understanding the workload and agreeing clear operating boundaries.

Customer review process

Detailed eligibility decisions are made during onboarding, based on applicable requirements and the facts of the customer’s use.

01

Identify

Review the contracting entity, beneficial ownership and intended users before allocating capacity.

02

Understand

Establish the workload, end use and any resale or onward-access requirements. Complex use cases receive additional review.

03

Screen

Evaluate relevant restricted-party, end-use and supplier requirements with qualified advisers where needed.

04

Decide & record

Document the decision, agreed access scope and any conditions. Changes in ownership or use trigger a new review.

Privacy and site information

01

Infrastructure confidentiality

Deployment locations, precise routing information and identifying site details are not published. Qualified customers may review the relevant information confidentially before commitment.

02

The deployment planner

Your brief is created in the current browser page. This application does not send the form to a server, save it to local storage or create a reservation. Downloaded and copied information remains under your control.

03

Configuration handoff

The pricing page can place non-personal configuration choices in a link to the brief page. Names, email addresses and free-text requirements are never added to that link.

04

Site delivery

The application uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Your animation preference is stored only for the current browser session. Hosting and access-control providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

05

Concept imagery

Architectural and server imagery is conceptual. It does not depict an operating ALTAVAST facility. Hardware names identify planned platforms and do not imply endorsement.

06

Commercial status

ALTAVAST remains in pre-deployment planning. Capacity, configuration, delivery windows and contract terms require separate confirmation.
