Effective date:
1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Altavast Inc, a Delaware corporation. This notice covers the public website and its planning tools.
It does not describe the processing of customer workloads or datasets under a future GPU service. Any such processing will be addressed in the applicable service and data-processing agreements.
2. Information entered in the deployment brief
The brief tool allows you to enter a name, company, work email, configuration, timing and workload requirements. The website application processes these entries in the current browser page. It does not transmit them to Altavast or a form-processing service, and it does not save them to browser local storage.
Copying a brief places its contents on your device’s clipboard. Downloading creates a file on your device. Those copies remain under your control and are not removed when you leave the page. Your browser or device may independently provide autofill, synchronization or other features under its own settings.
A brief is not a message submission service. If you share it separately with a recipient, that communication is outside the local tool’s processing. Please leave credentials and confidential datasets out of the form.
3. Configuration links
The pricing tool can place platform, GPU quantity, term and advance selections in a link to the brief page. It does not add names, email addresses or free-text requirements to that link. Configuration links may be retained in browser history and included in technical request logs when opened.
4. Technical information and service providers
Visiting the site sends requests to the hosting and security services used to deliver it, including Cloudflare. These services may process an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, and security signals to serve pages, maintain reliability and detect abuse.
This technical processing is separate from the locally generated brief. Service providers may retain technical records under their applicable service settings and retention policies. We do not state a fixed retention period for all provider records.
See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
5. Cookies, browser storage and tracking
The website application uses session storage to remember your animation preference for the current browser session. It does not install advertising pixels or audience analytics.
Hosting and security features may set cookies or use similar mechanisms to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation for details about cookies associated with its services.
We do not use this website application to track your activity across unrelated websites for advertising, and we do not enable third-party advertising trackers. The application does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track browser signal because it does not perform that tracking.
6. Your browser and your information
You can edit or clear entries in the brief before copying or downloading them. You can also manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings; blocking security features may affect access to the website.
Browser-only brief entries are not stored in an Altavast account for later retrieval. If you already have a business relationship with Altavast Inc, you can raise website privacy questions through your existing company contact. The brief tool itself does not send inquiries or requests.
7. Changes to this notice
We will post updates here, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes to data collection, analytics or form submission will be reflected in this notice.
