These terms apply to this website and its planning tools. They do not constitute a GPU service agreement, capacity reservation or purchase order.
2. Planning information and availability
Altavast is in pre-deployment planning. Product descriptions, hardware specifications, capacity, performance targets, dates and roadmap items describe planned offerings and may change as technical and commercial work progresses.
Prices and calculator results are illustrative planning assumptions, not quotations or offers to supply capacity. Final availability, configuration, pricing, payment terms, service levels and delivery conditions must be confirmed in a separate signed agreement.
3. Calculators and deployment briefs
The calculator helps compare configurations using the assumptions displayed on the pricing page. Results depend on your selections and the model’s assumptions; review both before using an estimate in a business decision.
The deployment brief is created in your browser. Creating, copying or downloading a brief does not send it to Altavast, open an account, submit an order or reserve capacity. You decide whether and how to share it. Do not enter passwords, access keys or confidential datasets.
4. Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful evaluation of Altavast and its planned services. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s operation, introduce malicious code or misuse another person’s information.
5. Content, illustrations and names
Website text, branding and illustrations are owned by Altavast or used under applicable licenses. You may keep reasonable copies for internal evaluation, retaining relevant notices. Other uses of protected content require permission unless permitted by law or an applicable license.
Abstract illustrations and architecture diagrams are conceptual. They do not depict an operating Altavast facility or a final deployment. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; references to them do not imply endorsement or a confirmed partnership.
6. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy notice explains browser-based planning tools, technical information processed for site delivery, and storage used for website preferences and security.
Links to external websites are provided for reference. Those websites are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Website updates
We may update the website, its planning assumptions and these terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Website updates do not amend an existing signed service agreement.
